Last week, local columnist and partisan pundit Bill Black criticized the Health Coalition for saying that the Conservatives are taking $36 billion out of healthcare. He then used all sorts of skewed data to make it look like the Tories have increased funding.
The Chronicle Herald (our provincial paper) asked Sol Hal member James Hutt to publish a response, setting the record straight.
